Cat Pixel Art just opened a new assets index:

The page is titled Free Pixel Art Game Assets (CC0). The pitch is simple: only license-verified CC0 packs, commercial use allowed by default; downloads still go to the original site, and that original license wins.
It currently lists 148 packs · license-verified. You can filter by size (8px / 16px / 18px / 32px / 64px) and type (character, fx, item, tileset, ui). There are also a few curated bundles, such as:
- CC0 16×16 Characters & Enemies
- 1-Bit / Four-Color Roguelike Packs
- Commercial-OK Pixel UI Kits
- CC0 Platformer Tilesets
- Minimal CC0 Starter Packs
Sources are mainly Kenney, itch.io, OpenGameArt, and similar. Thumbnails are hosted on-site — no hotlinking.
